“I’m gonna be the King of the Pirates!”
With this artwork, I wanted to capture the moment when Luffy unleashes his Haki, his willpower, his unshakable determination. His gaze is locked, his posture unbreakable — nothing can stop him.
I chose an intense fuchsia and turquoise palette to reflect the vibrant energy and chaos of battle, while the stencil work highlights his anatomy and iconic silhouette with dynamic contrast.
This is a unique piece from my pop culture series — a tribute to strength, freedom, and rebellion through the eyes of one of the most inspiring anime characters of all time.
