This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only.

A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Guest Support: Reach out daily from 9 a.m. to midnight; additional cleaning is available at a small cost.

Check-Out Policy: Check-out time is 11 a.m. with a 30-minute grace period before late fees apply.

Important Charges: Extra costs apply for couch damage or unregistered guests.

Security deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due before check-in. It is refunded in full up to 15 working days after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition, all keys are handed back and no amounts remain outstanding. Any deductions for damage, missing items or unpaid charges will be itemised and explained in writing.
