I'm leaving my beautiful studio loft apartment in the centre of Brussels after 4 years, available from June 1. It is one large room which I've divided up to be more like a 1 bedroom, using the front as my artist studio.
It is full of light and has a beautiful shared rooftop terrace. It is on the 4th top floor and has an elevator and basement storage with a laundry machine. The neighbours are great too.
The rent is 940€ per month, plus 110€ common charges (hallway cleaner, elevator, etc.). Electricity and gas are not included. Total estimate of fees including electricity gas etc is 1150€ per month.
If you would like to live in the centre of Brussels and have proof of income for the landlord, please reach out for more info + a visit.
It is an unfurnished contract but ideally I would like to leave my bed (lovely Hypnia mattress), dishwasher (connected in the bathroom), and some other furniture with the next tenant. Please mention this if it suits you!
