Monthly rent is 750 Euro paid in cash at the beginning of each month. Additionally, there are 190 Euro charges to be paid monthly, which cover: gas, electricity, water, cable tv. Internet is included in the rent and you can access it immediately. And there is a 60 Euro charge for the final cleaning. Deposit 1000 Euro paid in cash on arrival. Minimum stay is 6 months with a possibility of extension. If you stay less than 6 months, there is a one month rent penalty. In case you have a bicycle you can keep it in a closed garage.
