Fully furnished 65 sqm apartment with one bedroom. The bedroom has two singe beds. The beds can be separated and if requested a third bed can be placed in the apartment. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (electric), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has central heating and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet (+/- 350 Mbps), google Chromecast TV, TV stereo and home cinema system. Laundry facilities are all available in the apartment. An additional sleeping facility is available on the attic.

The apartment is located in the European quarter near place Jourdan. The neighborhood is with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. Shopping facilities and supermarkets in less than 100m from the apartment. Lots of restaurants at proximity at Place Jourdan. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in less than 20 minutes.

The 35€ additional fee is the tax for furnished renting that the commune imposes us monthly.

The amounts of the charges are provisions on your personal consumption. every 6 months a count is made on the basis of meters which are individual to each apartment.

Beware : we do not allow "first residence" ou "residence principale", but you can register at the commune for professional or study reasons. So to avoid any ambiguity, please understand that you can only stay as a 2nd residence registration.
Keys are not handed over as long as the security deposit is not on our account, or handed over upon arrival, together with the first months charges.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival at 4pm (till 6pm). If the conditions allow it, earlyer acces can be granted, but cannot be guaranteed. On the day of departure check out is mandatory between 9 and 10am. This in order to allow the cleaning ofthe apartment for the next arrival. The apartment needs to be vacated in order to do the outgoing inventory.
