- A bright and spacious living room with large windows leading to a small balcony. It features a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and an open dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and tableware.
- A modern bathroom with a shower and sink, plus a separate toilet for added privacy.
- A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
- A washer for your laundry needs.
- Baby cot (Travel Pack 'n Play) available on request (€10).
- Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures.

Towels:

? Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
? Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.

For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.

Cleaning Request:

? For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
? For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

? Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CET.
? Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
? Guest support is available from 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM CET

Situated on the edge of the EU district, the apartment is surrounded by key institutions, country offices, and agencies. Additionally, it's conveniently close to NATO head(hidden) and major city attractions:

- Diamant Metro Station - right next to the building for easy city access.
- Rue Franklin & Rue Archimède - vibrant streets lined with restaurants, bars, and traditional eateries.
- Place Schuman (20 min walk) - home to the European Commission and European Council.
- Square Ambiorix & Square Marie-Louise (20 min walk) - scenic green spaces popular among joggers.
- Cinquantenaire Park (5 min walk) - one of Brussels' most beautiful parks.

Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy

We welcome small dogs (under 13 kg) upon approval. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.

Approval Process: Please provide details about your dog's breed and size for pre-approval.

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for potential damages or extra cleaning.

Guest Responsibility: Dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and considerate of neighbors.

- As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.
- Late Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time (11 a.m.). Beyond that, a late check-out fee applies.
- Any damage or stains on the couch, as well as unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
