We offer an apartment comprising a bright living room with two large windows overlooking Brussels' main pedestrian street and the historical centre.

- The living room is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a laptop desk and an open plan dinning area.
- The kitchen has a stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 4 guests.
- The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe.
- Cleaning service with linen exchange included every two weeks.
- The bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room.
- Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand - free of use!

The building is located in the heart of Brussels Downtown Historical Centre and the main pedestrian street in the city with a short walk from:
- Grand Place and surrounding small cobbled streets with restaurants, chocolate stores, antique shops and the famous Galeries de Hal
- Boulevard Anspach, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and traditional restaurants
- Rue Nueve - Brussels' 1 of 2 shopping streets
- Annessens and de Brouckere metro stations
- 5 metro stops from Place Schuman, where the m(hidden)uildings of the European Commission and the European Council are located;
- 4 metro stops from Place de Luxembourg, where the European Parliament is located.

Other things to note
? Kindly note that the apartment's TV is exclusively equipped with Netflix, and there is no access to Cable TV.
? Support for the apartment is available seven days a week from 9 am to 10 pm. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request.
? If your stay is less than 90 days, please note that an additional 6% VAT will be charged as per local regulations.
