The Jori Shiva JR-3990 sofa was launched in 2013. It was designed by French designer Jean-Pierre Audebert .
The Shiva series itself has a rich history. Audebert first conceptualized the Shiva design in the early 1980s, with the initial sketches dating back to around 1980. However, the design wasn't brought to market until approximately a decade later . Over the years, the Shiva line has evolved, incorporating various models and refinements, with the JR-3990 being one of its notable iterations.
