Cab:
The 806 cab is a rebuild of the original EV 806 ("Thiele" box) (with slightly improvements), which was designed specifically for the EV 12L loudspeaker.
Although originally developed as a PA system component, the 806/12L combination with its massive punch and extremely varied sound reproduction capabilities soon captured the hearts of many guitar players.
Due to the fact that this cab was designed for the EV 12L it will sound best with a EVM 12L. But as an alternative the Eminence Delta Pro 12 kann also be used and does a good job as well. The difference is that the Delta Pro comes with reduced highs but the bass responce is very similar to the EV 12L.
