Excellente staat, 100% origineel. Een uitmuntend instrument, met een heerlijke nek, en de typische dynamische pickups die moeiteloos het onevenaarbare sixties Fender-geluid tot leven brengen. De neck pickup meet 5,37k en de bridge pickup 5,74k. Met zijn 3,102 kg voelt het aan als een veertje. Deze Mustang zag het levenslicht in oktober 1964, de derde maand van het allereerste productiejaar. Een betaalbare, en betrouwbare pre-CBS Fender. Topinstrument!

The Fender Mustang was introduced in August 1964. This guitar was essentially a Duo-Sonic with a Dynamic Fender Vibrato. The “white” ones came with red tortoise-pearl pickguards (red pearl-black-white) and white (creamish) pickup covers and white slider switches. The white slider switches were made of different material than the pickup covers and tended to stay whiter and not age to a greenish gray color like the pickup covers.
