Tomy Super Cup Football is a classic, motorized tabletop mechanical football (soccer) game originally released by Tomy in 1984 and produced through the mid-1990s. [1]
Key Features and Design

Power Source: Runs on two 1.5-volt C-cell batteries that power a single internal electric motor.

Player Control: Features two teams (typically red and blue) in fixed grooves controlled by end knobs and levers. Players can slide up and down the pitch and spin 360 degrees to kick or pass the ball.

Automatic Mechanisms: Includes built-in air-jet or mechanical kick-back systems that automatically return the ball to play from corners and throw-ins.

Scoring & Trophy: Features a mechanical scoreboard dial tracking goals up to 9; scoring the 9th goal pops up a winner's trophy.

Storage & Customization: The stadium grandstand doubles as a storage compartment for extra footballs, knobs, and spare unpainted player figures that can be customized with paint.

Gameplay Experience: Known for its fast-paced, frantic action and distinctive high-pitched motor/cog whirring noise during play.

Working but with a mixture of replacment pieces which you could paint as shown in photo but includes all parts and a ball.

I have a video of it working if needed. - https:photos.app.goo.gl/476bMbiw9Mcfqhdv5
