UPGRADE VANDAAG - nieuw leven voor een oude PC / laptop

Als je vastzit met een te trage laptop/PC ben ik er voor JOU. Het systeem doet nogal lang over om op te starten of loopt vast met teveel in het geheugen.

Als het probleem vooral ligt bij een trage opstart, is een SSD een goede oplossing.

• Dit type opslag is veel sneller dan een gewone harde schijf en heeft geen bewegende delen, waardoor het minder kwetsbaar is.
• Beschikbare formaten zijn meestal: 64GB, 120GB en 240GB. Zodra Windows, macOS of Linux hierop draait, samen met je belangrijkste programma’s, zal je merken dat je PC veel sneller werkt.

Gaat het eerder om vastlopers door te weinig werkgeheugen (RAM)? Dan is een upgrade waarschijnlijk de oplossing. Meer RAM betekent dat je meer programma’s tegelijk kunt gebruiken, zoals extra browsertabs of grotere projecten.

• Bv. extra browsertabs, meer projecten. Omdat ik een grote hoeveelheid geheugenlatjes heb, is tellen een intensief werk.
• Stuur mij over de specs van uw laptop/PC, hoeveel u op dit moment hebt en ik zal de mogelijkheden uitzoeken.
• RAM capaciteit: Uitgedrukt in MB/GB, Hoeveel zit er nu in?
• Gebruikte sleuven: Hoeveel sleuven zijn er bezet? 1 van … betekent dat je systeem altijd een enkel geheugenkanaal gebruikt.
• Niet alleen betekent uitbreiding dan meer capaciteit, maar ook meer bandbreedte en snelheid, afhankelijk van de taak
• Snelheid: Uitgedrukt in MT/s. Windows 11 van voor een bepaalde update en oudere versies geven dit aan in Mhz. Niet helemaal correct dit. Het komt erop neer dat de MT/S de mHz *2 is. Ieder latje afzonderlijk draait de helft van de snelheid. bv. 3200MT/s -> 1600mHz
• Vormfactor: SODIMM of DIMM, dit is bepalend voor het soort latje dat in het systeem zal komen. SODIMM is meestal laptop RAM genoemd, DIMM is gewoon desktop RAM

Vermeld de huidige opstelling van het RAM in uw laptop/PC, en wat er staat bij systeemtype in Windows systeeminfo. Als u geen windows draait, zijn er ook nog mogelijkheden. Vraag ernaar.

Mis je een CD/DVD-speler in je laptop of PC? Ook daarvoor is er een ruime voorraad. Stuur een bericht bij interesse. Ophalen of verzenden kan, ruil is bespreekbaar.

If the problem is mainly a slow boot, an SSD is a good solution.

• E.g. extra browser tabs, more projects. Since I have a large amount of memory sticks, counting is an intensive job.

• RAM capacity: Expressed in MB/GB, How much is in it now?
• Slots used: How many slots are occupied? 1 of … means that your system always uses a single memory channel.
• Not only does expansion mean more capacity, but also more bandwidth and speed, depending on the task
• Speed: Expressed in MT/s. Windows 11 from before a certain update and older versions indicate this in Mhz. Not entirely correct. It comes down to the fact that the MT/S is the mHz *2. Each stick individually runs at half the speed. e.g. 3200MT/s -> 1600mHz
• Form factor: SODIMM or DIMM, this determines the type of stick that will be in the system. SODIMM is usually called laptop RAM, DIMM is just desktop RAM
• Please state the current RAM setup in your laptop/PC, and what is listed under system type in Windows system info. If you are not running Windows, there are also options. Ask for it.
