10 Years is an American alternative rock band formed in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1999. The group has gone through multiple line-up changes since their inception, with guitarists Brian Vodinh and Matt Wantland being the only remaining founding members, and, since 2002, vocalist Jesse Hasek.

In 2005 they released their major album debut The Autumn Effect and its breakthrough single, "Wasteland", which both have been certified Gold by the RIAA. Their first music video, "Wasteland", addresses the social problem of human rights as well as addiction around the world. The video received a nomination for Best Direction and Best Art Direction at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards.

The Autumn Effect is now available on vinyl for the first time and includes an insert with lyrics.
