More recently, she created the Visual-Leane Institute where companies are licensed in more than 17 distinct visual methods and their trainers, trained. A Shingo Prize Examiner and author of Visual Systems,Smart Simple Design, and The Visual Order Handbook, Dr. Galsworth has assisted companies in their visual conversions for over 25 years, including Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Sears, Royal Nooteboom Trailers, and Parker Denison. Dr.Galsworth founded the Visual-Lean Enterprise Press and lives in Portland, Oregon.
