HISTORIE/DOCUMENTATIE
Een hot hatch zoals ze tegenwoordig niet meer gemaakt worden: namelijk met een V6-motor met maar liefst 3.2-liter inhoud. Dit exemplaar is één van de 17 exemplaren nieuw geleverd op 5 maart 2005 in Zweden. In totaal zijn ca. 5.000 exemplaren van de GTA geproduceerd, waarvan slechts ca. 2.200 met een handgeschakelde versnellingsbak. Op 7 maart 2024 is de auto geïmporteerd naar Nederland, waar hij van groot onderhoud is voorzien inclusief vervanging van de distributieriem. Onderhoudsfacturen zijn bij de auto aanwezig. De auto is afkomstig uit een exclusieve collectie van een auto-verzamelaar.

EXTERIEUR
De GTA is prachtig uitgevoerd in lichtblauw lakwerk 'Azzurro Gabbiano' metallic met een zwart lederen interieur en originele 18" lichtmetalen velgen. Het lakwerk verkeert in zeer goede staat. Ook het chroomwerk en de verlichting zijn nog in een frisse staat. De koplampen zijn voorzien van sproeiers. Aan de achterzijde pronken twee chromen uitlaatpijpen. Hoe kan het ook anders; want in Zweden wordt niet met zout gestrooid, wat de staat van de auto ten goede komt. Dankzij de bredere wielkasten, andere bumpers en sportievere wielen is er een duidelijk onderscheid met de reguliere modellen.

INTERIEUR
Ook het interieur verkeert in een uitstekende staat. Zowel de voorstoelen als de achterbank zijn met fraai leder bekleed. Verder is het interieur voorzien van leuke opties zoals cruise control, airconditioning, stoelverwarming en een BOSE audiosysteem. Daarnaast beschikt de auto over de originele radio/cd-speler, elektrische ramen en een multifunctioneel stuurwiel. Ook de vloermatten en de hemelbekleding zijn nog keurig.

TECHNISCH
Onder de motorkap ligt de fantastisch klinkende, dwarsgeplaatste Busso V6-motor met 251 pk. Zoveel vermogen op de voorwiel-aangedreven GTA klinkt bizar, maar de auto beschikt over verbazingwekkend goede rijeigenschappen. Het geluid van deze motor en de bijbehorende prestaties laten het hart van elke autoliefhebber sneller kloppen. De GTA sprint namelijk in 6,3 seconden naar 100 km/u en heeft een topsnelheid van net geen 250 km/u. Het sportonderstel zorgt voor strakke wegligging. Voor een sportievere look zijn enkele onderdelen vervangen door rode exemplaren, maar de originele zwart exemplaren zijn bij de auto aanwezig. De handgeschakelde 6-versnellingsbak schakelt heerlijk soepel en direct. Recent is de GTA voorzien van een volledige onderhoudsbeurt inclusief vervanging van de distributieriem (een kostbare en arbeidsintensieve ingreep) en het aanbrengen van nieuwe banden.

ALGEMENE INFORMATIE
De Alfa Romeo 147 GTA is de sportieve variant van het driedeurs 147-model en werd gebouwd van 2002 tot en met 2005. Dit topmodel, met de traditionele aanduiding GTA, staat voor Gran Turismo Alleggerita, wat “lichtgewicht topmodel” betekent. De Alfa Romeo 147 GTA blijft een iconische hot hatch, geliefd om zijn krachtige motor en sportieve karakter. HISTORY/DOCUMENTATION
A hot hatch like they are not made anymore these days: namely with a V6 engine with no less than 3.2-litre capacity. This example is one of 17 examples newly delivered on 5 March 2005 in Sweden. A total of about 5,000 examples of the GTA were produced, of which only about 2,200 came with a manual gearbox. On 7 March 2024, the car was imported to the Netherlands, where it underwent major maintenance including replacement of the timing belt. Maintenance invoices are present with the car. The car comes from an exclusive collection of a car collector.

EXTERIOR
The GTA is beautifully finished in light blue paintwork 'Azzurro Gabbiano' metallic with a black leather interior and original 18" alloy wheels. The paintwork is in very good condition. The chrome work and lighting are also still in fresh condition. The headlights are fitted with washers. At the rear, two chrome exhaust pipes show off. How could it be otherwise; because salt is not sprinkled in Sweden, which benefits the condition of the car. Thanks to the wider wheel arches, different bumpers and sportier wheels, there is a clear distinction from the regular models.

INTERIOR
The interior is also in excellent condition. Both the front and rear seats are upholstered in fine leather. Furthermore, the interior is equipped with nice options such as cruise control, air conditioning, seat heating and a BOSE audio system. In addition, the car has the original radio/CD player, electric windows and a multifunction steering wheel. The floor mats and headlining are also still neat.

TECHNICAL
Under the bonnet is the fantastic-sounding, transverse Busso V6 engine with 251 hp. That much power on the front-wheel-drive GTA sounds bizarre, but the car boasts amazingly good handling. The sound of this engine and its performance make every car enthusiast's heart beat faster. Indeed, the GTA sprints to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds and has a top speed of just under 250 km/h. The sports suspension ensures tight handling. For a sportier look, some parts have been replaced with red ones, but the original black ones are present with the car. The 6-speed manual gearbox shifts wonderfully smooth and direct. Recently, the GTA has had a full service including replacement of the timing belt (a costly and labour-intensive procedure) and the fitting of new tyres.
