I have no time to finish that project.
This is a Piranha SPI from 80's. It was the emblem of RYCSM in Wépion back in the days.

All rottent woods have been removed and replaced by strong plywood protected with fiberglass + epoxy resin.

The transom is absolutely new and very strong, the floor is also new and very strong.

The trailer is ok but needs some work, but can take the road after quick check.
Seats are in good shape
Steering wheel and accessories delivered

Working 140HP Johnson with big exhaust, many new parts (new wiring, new glows, new carburator, new rectifier, new solenoid, with a stand, compressions are perfect, new starter relay and bendix...)
Speed controler included

The next steps to finish it is fiberglass + epoxy (I deliver a stock of them with the boat) + deck paint, so, only fun things to do.

I only resell the complete stuff.
