Pale yellow colour. Light citrus notes on the nose. Peach and lemon flavours and some gooseberry.
Dry and crisp. Passion fruit, hay, peach and slight mango nose. Aromas of herbs and muscat.
Good high acidity on the palate with lemon, lemon zest bitterness, minerals and oak.
Complex, refreshing and pairs well with aperitif and all kinds of seafood. Pleasant astringency.
