La cuvée Olric est une icône de la propriété, l'une des premières cuvées créées il y a 30 ans, elle porte le nom « Château » Cesseras et non Domaine Coudoulet car ce vin est issu d'un terroir d'AOP.
The chai is located in the old cellars of the Cathar castle of Cesseras. In AOP Minervois, this cuvée surprises with its subtlety, a fluid texture, elegant tannins with notes of spices. Olric is also the first name of the third of the Ournac siblings who for the moment prefers his life as a Parisian dandy, after all, this cuvée resembles him quite well!
In the vintage 2022, a beautiful purple dress with ruby reflections.
Intense nose, endowed with notes of blond tobacco, leather, and sweet spices (clove).
In the mouth, a smooth and fresh attack gives way to silky and pleasant tannins, combined with confit aromas of cherry and hints of menthol.
Persistent freshness with a licorice and peppery finish.
