Excellent original U.S. M63 Anti-Aircraft tripod mount, designed for use with the Browning M2 .50 Caliber Heavy Machine Gun.
This iconic mount was used from WWII through the War for ground and anti-aircraft defense and could also be fitted on half-tracks, trucks, and trailers.
Details:
•Original U.S. M63 tripod base with folding legs
•Complete traversing and elevating mechanism (T&E)
•Original bakelite hand grips and elevation handles
•Rotating center post and locking hub in working condition
•Mounting cradle for Browning M2 fitted with ammo box bracket
•Original wartime olive drab paint showing authentic wear and patina
•Excellent solid condition — no damage or cracks, all locking pins present
•Perfect display piece for a vehicle, museum, or reenactment setup
