This sitar has character. Built by Murchhana, who was active in the 60s and 70s in Kolkata. He made some top instruments in his time. Currently in C#, with its wonderful warm tone it feels like an old soul and needs a gentle touch.
It has a meend range of 4 notes (possibility this can be resolved). It has stable tuning and the chikari sound is excellent. Due to its build, the sitar, is not suitable for tuning up too D.
The sitar comes with a case and can be viewed close to the city of Groningen NL
