Our flatmate is going abroad for 6 months so a bedroom will be temporarily available in our apartment near the city center of Hasselt! It concers the 6-month period July 1st – January 1st (shorter stay also possible). We are looking for a new female flatmate between 20 and 35 years old. (PhD) Student or worker doesn't matter, but no smokers. You will live together with Tjitske (f, 33, NL) and Riet (f, 26, BE). We both like a neat and tidy house so we are looking for someone who agrees with that and has a daily occupancy (study or work). You will receive a temporary contract, which can not be extended.

The room is 14 m2, situated at the rear side, and has a large built-in wardrobe, a double bed with mattress, bedside table, shelving unit and a table with 2 chairs. The fully-equiped kitchen contains a dining table, fridge with freezer, washing machine (!), combi-oven and ceramic hob. There is also a balcony with seating, indoor bicycle storage and elevator. The campus in Diepenbeek is 15 mins by bike and Dusartplein is only 5 mins walking.

The rental price is €400 per month including all additional costs (including gas-water-light, unlimited internet, insurance, detergent, household supplies, bicycle (!)).
