The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator: has two rooms: one outside small (that I occupy one week per month), and one big room above with 30 sqmt, with a walk-in-closet and plenty of storage space. The apartment is very bright and has a sunset over the Palais de Justice. Open kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and furnished living room with beautiful wooden floors. The bathroom has a bathtub, enough space for drying clothes, a washing machine, wc and sink. Me: 40y'o After living 14 years in Brussels (in this same apartment) , I now work remotely in Lisbon, and come to Brussels one week per month for work. I speak English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, a bit of Dutch and German.
