Kanaalsensor CO2 | temperatuur | vochtigheid, PoM voeding
Beschrijving
This version of the multifunctional channel sensor measures CO2, temperature and humidity. It has an RJ45 connector over which both data and power are distributed. But because there is no digital-to-analog (D/A) conversion, it does not have the classic terminal blocks. And therefore no analog output signal. This makes it a good buy. With the right firmware, it can be combined with Modbus fans or you can connect it to the RTVS transformer controller. This in turn controls the speed of your AC fan in 5 steps. This -M version of the RSMF is also the ideal choice as a building block of a Sentera PoM Modbus network.
CO 2 measurements in air ducts People produce CO 2 or carbon dioxidewhen they breathe . This makes the CO 2 concentration a good indicator of the occupancy and activity level in a room. In many applications, CO 2 sensors are used as an indicator of the ventilation requirement . This HVAC transmitter measures temperature, relative humidity and CO 2 in air ducts. The dew point is calculated based on the temperature and humidity . It has a separate Modbus register for each of these values, as well as for the dew point and the light intensity. Your building management system or our SenteraWeb cloud service can use these values to calculate control algorithms, send notifications, etc. This sensor functions best when mounted in a straight section of the air duct. Avoid installation in turbulent air zones near filters, fans, cooling coils, etc. Position the sensor correctly in relation to the air flow direction. Refer to the mounting instructions for more detailed information.NDIR sensor technology
NDIR or non-dispersive infrared technology is used to measure the CO 2 level. This technology offers low life cycle costs and accurate and stable long-term operation. This sensor has three separate analog outputs . Each of them transmits one of the measured values. For example, output 1 transmits 0 V at 0 °C and 10 V at 50 °C by default. Each output value varies proportionally according to the measured temperature, humidity or CO 2 concentration. The measured temperature is available via output 1, relative humidity via output 2 and CO 2 concentration via output 3.Easy to use!
This sensor does not require any configuration . Once installed, it is ready to use. The default settings are sufficient for most applications. If necessary, the settings can be adjusted via Modbus RTU communication. For example, a different output type can be selected to make the sensor compatible with existing devices: 0-10 VDC / 0-20 mA / 0-100 % PWM. The Modbus register map gives a complete overview of all adjustable settings.RJ45 PoM connection
This DSMF sensor is available in different versions depending on the required power supply. The power and data of this DSMFM version are provided via a single RJ45 connection. There is no analogue output. This makes this sensor easy to connect and cost-effective to purchase. Ideal as part of a network.
Self-calibrating to compensate for sensor drift
The self-calibrating ABC algorithm is enabled by default. This algorithm is designed to be used in applications where the CO 2 concentration will drop to outdoor ambient conditions (400 ppm) at least once (15 minutes) in a 7 day period, which typically occurs during periods of unoccupied space. The sensor will reach its maximum accuracy after 25 hours of continuous operation provided it has been exposed to ambient air reference levels of 400 ppm ± 10 ppm CO 2 .
Air ducts
The housing is optimized for CO 2 measurements in air ducts . It offers IP54 protection against the ingress of dust and moisture. The sensor element is integrated into the probe of the duct sensor. This probe is provided with an opening so that there is direct contact between the air flow and the sensor element. The sensor probe offers IP20 protection.
