The RCTHF sensor measures temperature and relative humidity. It combines these 2 measured values in one intelligent output to which you can directly connect the EC fan or control valve. The housing is designed in such a way that it fits perfectly over a 68 mm flush-mounted box. This allows the cabling to be neatly concealed. It also has an integrated light sensor, requires 18 to 34 VDC supply voltage and for the output you can choose between 0 - 10 VDC / 0 - 20 mA / PWM. As always with the new generation of Sentera sensors, this sensor is equipped with Modbus RTU communication.

Temperature and humidity measurement in 1 sensor with 1 smart output
The most important comfort parameters for a pleasant feeling indoors are temperature and humidity. With this sensor, both parameters are measured and one control signal is calculated based on both measured values. With its smart algorithm, you have one smart output with which you can directly control your EC fan or valve drive or via a speed controller you can control an AC motor. On 24 VDC power supply This RCTH sensor is available in different versions depending on the required power supply. The RFCTH version can be powered by the commonly used 24 VDC power supplies. You can also connect multiple sensors simultaneously to the Sentera power supplies.Additional light sensor
The Sentera room sensors are already equipped with a light sensor that measures the ambient light. You can save and retrieve the measured values. And in later, or existing Modbus-compatible, applications you will even be able to adapt the algorithm as a function of the ambient light . Permanent visual control
Thanks to the integrated and dimmable LEDs, you can see at a glance whether the measured value is acceptable, or whether it is in the warning zone or even outside the set range. Not every situation is the same, so you determine the values at which the LEDs change colour.

Smart construction

The RCxxx series are suitable for surface mounting. But in a smart way. The mounting is designed in such a way that it fits perfectly over a standard 68 mm flush-mounting box. And the cable passage is at the back, so you can work perfectly with flush-mounted pipes.Everything in proportion
You determine the " proportions " between the different measured values. By this we mean that you determine whether and to what extent the different measured values weigh in the final result. In this instruction video you can see how that works. You can also switch them off. So if you want, for example, only the humidity measurement to be taken into account, but not the temperature, then that is perfectly possible.
