Beschrijving

Healthy & active sourdough starter thats with me for over 2 years now . Its origins go back 157 years to a bakery in Iceland.
Its fed regularly, mostly with wholegrain rye demeter flour, sometimes being transformed into spelt or wheat, as the baking requires. Reacts very well to transitions there and back.
