Oud Egyptische faience plaatamulet met een staande godheid, uit de Late Periode–Ptolemaïsche Periode (664–30 v.Chr.), 27,5 mm hoog en 1,65 g, in zeer goede staat met een intact ophanglus, aangekocht bij een veilinghuis in Frankrijk in 2026 en eerder eigendom in Frankrijk sinds 1970, absoluut authentiek met COA.

The iconography depicts a standing deity in profile facing right, wearing a headdress topped with a solar or lunar disk (stylistically comparable to Thoth or a solar deity such as Ra-Horakhty/Horus). The amulet features an intact suspension loop at the top, indicating it was intended to be sewn onto mummy wrappings or worn as a protective talisman.The artifact is a classic example of Late Dynastic open-mold (single-valve) manufacturing, evidenced by its completely flat and unworked reverse. From a material perspective, the piece exhibits intense and uniform porosity. This is the result of the natural, long-term degradation of the original alkaline glaze, which has worn away over millennia, exposing the authentic granular siliceous core (crushed quartz) underneath.Guarantee and Documentation:The artifact is unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic.
