Josep Padró i Margó (Colonia Güell, 1947)
School teacher and teacher of Social Sciences to secondary education. He is the author of textbooks and workbooks on this subject. With regard to historical research, he has published several works on the Güell colony, some in collaboration: 'El pas de societat agrària a industrial al Baix Llobregat', 'Les col·lectivitzacions al Baix Llobregat (1936-1939)' , 'The franchise in Baix Llobregat', 'L'Ateneu Unió and the cultural movement of Colònia Güell', and 'Santa Coloma de Cervelló'. He won a Bonaplata de Divulgació Prize (1999) for his participation in the traveling exhibition 'The brogit of the industry', on the industrialization of the Baix Llobregat.
