Creations Motorsport PCV Revamp Delete Valve Audi A3 8P, VW Golf 5/6 GTI

The OEM pressure relief valve is prone to failure on the 2.0TFSI engines, failure occurs over time as the valve leaks and allows boost to pass the valve and into the valve cover resulting in rough idle, poor fuel economy and loss of boost and power.

By converting the system to a vacuum only based system, the proper PCV function is retained without affecting emissions functions whilst still allowing the OEM factory breather system to function as normal.

The included boost cap is used to eliminate the hose connection at the side of the intake manifold

The CNC machined CMS PCV Revamp fixes these issues with the 2.0T PCV system once and for all.

To further aid and help keep the intake system clean of oil residue, there is included adapters for connection to an oil catch tank. This kit can also be used without oil catch tank connections by using the supplied blanking adapters.
