Technics SL-1500 MKI from 1975, do not confuse with the MKII model or the more recent C version.
This is a fully manual direct-drive turntable.
The high quality motor is the same as in the famous SL-1200.
Today, collectors have greatly reassessed the first-generation 1500 model because it has become extremely rare to find one in excellent condition like this one being presented to you.
Very good construction, including the motor placed on the lower part of the metal chassis for greater stability during use, completely isolated from the tonearm/head shell body.
We are talking about an excellent specimen that has defied time.
Completely serviced and calibrated, all original components, including the shell, cartridge and adapter for 45 RPM records.
The cartridge is the original Shure M95G with the stylus presenting almost zero wear.
Very good lid, polished, no scratches, it may still have small negligible marks.
