Ik verkoop mijn complete Universal Audio-opnamesysteem, bestaande uit een Apollo x8p Gen 1, aangekocht in 2019, samen met de bijbehorende UAD DSP plug-inbibliotheek en Thunderbolt-kabel.
Ik stop met opnemen en verkoop het grootste deel van mijn studioapparatuur. De Apollo is uitsluitend gebruikt in mijn thuisstudio en verkeert in uitstekende/mint cosmetische staat, zoals op de foto’s te zien is. Het toestel werkt volledig naar behoren.
De Apollo wordt geleverd met:

• Originele handleiding
• Originele aankoopfactuur
• Thunderbolt-kabel (nieuwprijs ongeveer €50)
• 33 UAD plug-in titels/licenties die aan het systeem gekoppeld zijn
Het grote voordeel van deze verkoop is de plug-inbibliotheek.
De meeste gebruikte Apollo-interfaces worden verkocht zonder de aangekochte UAD plug-ins van de eigenaar, omdat verkopers hun software meestal behouden. In mijn geval verlaat ik het UAD-ecosysteem, waardoor ik de Apollo verkoop samen met de overdraagbare UAD DSP plug-inbibliotheek die aan mijn systeem gekoppeld is.

De meegeleverde UAD plug-inbibliotheek heeft een geschatte volledige retail-/vervangingswaarde van ongeveer €3.000. Zelfs wanneer je rekening houdt met de gebruikelijke UAD-promoties en slechts 50% van de retailwaarde rekent, zou het opbouwen van een vergelijkbare bibliotheek vanaf nul nog steeds ongeveer €1.500 kosten.
Hoe werkt de overdracht?
Universal Audio laat toe om Apollo-hardware over te dragen naar een ander UAD-account, samen met de hiervoor in aanmerking komende UAD DSP plug-inlicenties die aan dat systeem gekoppeld zijn. Individuele plug-ins kunnen niet afzonderlijk geselecteerd worden voor overdracht. Daarom verkoop ik de hardware en plug-inbibliotheek samen als één compleet pakket.
De koper is uiteraard welkom om bij mij thuis langs te komen om de Apollo te bekijken en te testen. Bij aankoop kunnen we de Universal Audio eigendomsoverdracht samen uitvoeren.

La plupart des interfaces Apollo d’occasion sont vendues sans les plug-ins UAD achetés par leur propriétaire, car les vendeurs souhaitent généralement conserver leur logiciel. Dans mon cas, je quitte l’écosystème UAD, je vends donc l’Apollo avec la bibliothèque de plug-ins UAD DSP transférable associée à mon système.

La bibliothèque de plug-ins UAD incluse représente une valeur de vente au détail / de remplacement estimée à environ 3 000 €. Même en tenant compte des promotions habituelles chez UAD et en ne prenant que 50 % de la valeur au détail, constituer une bibliothèque comparable à partir de zéro coûterait encore environ 1 500 €.
Comment fonctionne le transfert ?
Universal Audio permet de transférer le matériel Apollo vers un autre compte UAD, avec les licences de plug-ins UAD DSP éligibles associées à ce système. Il n’est pas possible de sélectionner des plug-ins individuellement pour le transfert ; c’est pourquoi je vends actuellement le matériel et la bibliothèque de plug-ins ensemble, comme un ensemble complet.
L’acheteur est bien entendu le bienvenu chez moi pour voir et tester l’Apollo en fonctionnement. En cas d’achat, nous pouvons effectuer ensemble le transfert de propriété via Universal Audio.

I am stopping recording and selling most of my studio equipment. The Apollo has only been used in my home studio and is in excellent/mint cosmetic condition, as shown in the photographs. It is fully working.

Even allowing for typical UAD promotions and assuming only 50% of retail value, building a comparable library from scratch would still cost about €1,500.

Universal Audio allows Apollo hardware to be transferred to another UAD account together with the eligible UAD DSP plug-in licences associated with that system. Individual plug-ins cannot be selected for transfer, which is why I am currently selling the hardware and plug-in library together as one complete package.
The buyer is very welcome to come to my home, see and test the Apollo working and, if purchasing, we can complete the Universal Audio ownership transfer together.
