The LCD-X is an award-winning, top-of-the-line, open-back, planar magnetic headphone. Boasting Audeze's most neutral drivers, it is capable of producing a crystal-clear, transparent sound on top of the famous planar bass. You get plenty of punch and power, with vocals and instruments being extremely vivid and dynamic. It’s an unbelievable and nearly unparalleled value in the high-end personal audio market.
This particular LCD-X is the newest revision of the model, which has new ear pads and an upgraded magnet system. In fact, two magnets and two Fazor waveguides have been removed, and the remaining ones repositioned with equal spacing between each. This results in a different frequency response than before, although the driver construction is otherwise the same. A side effect of this is that the headphones have become about 50 grams lighter and more comfortable to wear than their previous versions.

The pair I'm selling is in excellent condition. Comes boxed inside its travel case and includes the stock XLR cable, XLR to 6.35mm and 6.35mm to 3.5mm cable adapters, certificate of authenticity, and case keys.
