Dit team is gespecialiseerd om een reparatie uit te voeren en is door DJI geautoriseerd reparaties uit te voeren aan je DJI drone of accessoires, waardoor je garantie behouden blijft.

Hoe werkt het ?

Vul steeds eerst een aanvraag reparatie in via onze website navitronics.be/dji-repairs waarin je kort samengevat beschrijft wat er defect is aan de drone en/of videoapparatuur en hoe het defect ontstaan is.Eveneens je DJI account emailadres doorgeven en datum en tijdstip van crash.

In de DJI Fly app in profiel niet vergeten je vluchten te synchroniseren,dit activeer je door de DJI Fly app te openen en te drukken op Profiel-Instellingen-Vluchtdata synchroniseren.

N.B.Vergeet alstublieft niet het serienummer te noteren ! Zonder het serienummer is het onmogelijk om u verder te helpen / een repairdossier voor u aan te maken. Voor problemen en defecten aan de hardware (geen pilot errors)gedurende de fabrieksgarantie dient u ook een aankoopfactuur te voorzien.

Onze onderzoeks- en reparatieprocedure gaat als volgt:

Stap1:verzend je defect toestel of breng het na afspraak naar :

Stap 2: Het Navitronics Repair Servicepunt neemt je drone of apparatuur in ontvangst en zal deze uitgebreid onderzoeken.Het is onmogelijk vooraf al een prijsindicatie te vragen daar wij eerst de vluchtgegevens dienen te analyseren alsook de volledige drone na te kijken wat er stuk is.

Stap 3: Zodra het probleem of defect is gevonden, ontvang je via email steeds vooraf een reparatieofferte met bijhorende informatie welke onderdelen dienen vervangen te worden.
Wanneer je akkoord gaat met deze offerte, gaan we aan de slag met de reparatie en zorgen ervoor dat je drone weer in uitstekende staat verkeert.

Stap 4: Wij contacteren u voor afhaling of wij verzenden terug naar adres van uw keuze.
Wij garanderen een maximum tijdsduur van 1 a 2 weken voor uw herstelling .

Has your DJI drone crashed, broken, or is it defective? No problem!

NAVITRONICS Multimedia & Drones will take care of everything for you for a fast and professional repair, even for devices not purchased from us. This team is specialized in repairs and is authorized by DJI to carry out repairs on your DJI drone or accessories, which means your warranty is maintained.

How does it work?

Always first fill out a repair request via our website navitronics.be/dji-repairs, briefly describing the defect in the drone and/or video equipment and how the defect occurred. Also provide your DJI account email address and the date and time of the crash.

Don't forget to synchronize your flights in the DJI Fly app's profile. You can activate this by opening the DJI Fly app and tapping Profile-Settings-Synchronize Flight Data.

N.B. Please don't forget to write down your serial number! Without it, we cannot assist you further or create a repair file. For hardware problems and defects (excluding pilot errors) during the manufacturer's warranty, you must also provide a purchase invoice.

Our examination and repair procedure is as follows:

Step 1:
Send or bring (by appointment) your defective device (without Micro-SD card and battery) to:

Step 2:
The Navitronics Repair Service Point will receive your drone or other equipment and will thoroughly examine it. It is not possible to request a price estimate in advance, as we first need to analyze the flight data.

Step 3:
As soon as the problem or defect has been identified, you will always receive a repair quote by email with information about which parts need to be replaced. Once you accept this quote, we'll begin the repair and ensure your drone is back in excellent condition. After the repair, your device will undergo a final software test and a flight test in a special test room (see the PASS test image and test flight video).

Step 4:
We will contact you for pickup or we will ship it back to the address of your choice.
We guarantee a maximum repair time of 1 to 3 weeks.
