Beautiful antique plaster relief depicting the Madonna and Child, after a 15th-century Florentine original attributed to Desiderio da Settignano.

The serene expression of the Virgin, the standing Child holding a fruit, and the flowing drapery are all characteristic of the early Italian Renaissance (Quattrocento) style.
