Mid-century thonet style chair in curved wood. The wood has a very pretty patin. The cane is intact, seating needs to be redone.

Thonet manufactory was founded in 1881 by the Thonet brothers, later owned by Joseph Hoffmann. The method of bending beech wood was invited by Michael Thonet, and the bentwood chair is today a classic of industrial mass production and design.origineel
