Charvel USA San Dimas Style 1 HH FR in Candy Blue finish made in 2008 with Hardshell Case. This guitar features a solid alder body, 1-piece quartersawn maple neck and maple fingerboard. Equipped with a Seymour Duncan SH-1N '59 in the neck position and a Seymour Duncan TB4 JB in the bridge position. Controlled by one master volume knob and a 3-way toggle switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has black dot inlays and 22 jumbo frets on a 12”-16” compound radius with a speed neck profile. The hardware is comprised of Grover mini rotomatic tuning machines, a Floyd Rose locking nut, a Floyd Rose double locking tremolo bridge and a knurled black flat top knob.

These guitars will also be released in limited custom colors.
In July 2008, for example, the San Dimas Style 1 2H will be released in Candy Red and Candy Blue for three months only.
At the end of this first three-month period, those two colors will then be “retired” and replaced by a new custom color (announced just before release) for the next three-month period, and so on.

⚠️The only minor drawback: the previous seller once replaced the original neck plate with a custom one (why... no idea 😄). Unfortunately, when I later received the guitar, the original Charvel USA neck plate was already gone.
But no worries: I've since managed to find an original Charvel USA neck plate. Because it came from a different Charvel, the guitar shop professionally removed the serial number (see photo).
And let's be honest: who really looks at that serial number? Any Charvel enthusiast can immediately tell this is a 2008 first-run USA San Dimas. So don't worry — it's a genuine 🔥
