Hi I'm selling this MIJ beauty from 1979, it sounds and plays wonderful but it's pretty heavy as you can imagine. It's not a very common guitar and I'm in no hurry to sell.
Guitar is all original except for 1 pickup screw (neck pickup 6 string side), 3 screw from one of the "Kumo" tailpiece (12 string side) and a small rubber grip from 1 of the knobs.

It's in great condition, with only a few small marks here and there.
The guitar was looked after just recently by Tao Guitars in Brussel to make sure it's perfectly setup for the next owner.

Infos:
The 2640 is a double neck Artist series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1978 (replaced by the AR1200 in 1979), made in Japan by FujiGen.

The 2640 has both a six string and twelve string neck. It features a carved maple top with German carved edges and cream binding on a double-cutaway mahogany body mated to a pair of set-in three-piece rock maple necks with 22-fret ebony fingerboards with binding and abalone dot position markers.

Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 80 humbucking pickups for each neck mounted in cream pickup rings with individual volume and tone controls and Tri-sound switches for each pickup, a pair of Gibraltar Tune-O-Matic style bridges.

I'm looking to sell or trade this guitar. In case of a trade, primarly looking at the following but you can always make a proposition.
Trades of 1 or more instruments are possible, with cash from your or my side depending on the instrument.
