MIDI-mastertoetsenbord met 76 gewogen toetsen (Aftertouch) MIDI IN/OUT, compatibel met General MIDI 2.
Het heeft een Modulation/Pitch Bend-wiel, een paar knoppen en ingangen voor sustain- en expressiepedalen. Het wordt gevoed door batterijen of een AC-adapter.
De A-37 is een goed compromis tussen „klassieke” masterkeyboards met een synth-touch en keyboards met een zwaardere touch. Het heeft de basisfuncties van een hoofdtoetsenbord en is eenvoudig te gebruiken.

The Roland A-37 MIDI Keyboard Controller is designed with today's MIDI musicians in mind.
Whether controlling a rack of synths or a sophisticated computer-based setup, the A-37 puts you in control with 76 velocity- and aftertouch-sensitive keys, GM2 compatibility and an easy-to-use interface. And all of these practical features come in a cool-looking design that will appeal to your sense of style as well.
The A-37 is a " 76 KEY" Midi keyboard controller that can be used in LAYER, SPLIT, and WHOLE, modes. "It can operate with the included AC adaptor or by batteries"!
The A-37 has "VELOCITY SENSITIVITY", "AFTERTOUCH", "MODULATION", and "PITCH BEND" built in - and can be set for the Upper and Lower sections independently !
You can also transpose the "Upper " and "Lower" sections - either in octave or semitone steps. This will allow you, for instance, to play a bass line with your right hand and a solo part with your left !
THE A-37 COMES WITH "TWO" INDEPENDENT MIDI OUT SOCKETS (A and B). By assigning an "A" channel (1A-16A) to the Upper and/or Lower section, you tell the A-37 to transmit the note and other MIDI messages to its MIDI OUT "A" socket. Select a "B" channel (1b-16b) if you wish to control a separate MIDI rig with MIDI KEYBOARD: 76 keys, velocity sensitive with channel aftertouch !
