GR-4 – programmable guitar switching system with 4 loops

Programmable effect loop switcher.
Unique functionality in that it is programmable and true bypass (though there is an optional input buffer). 4 loops total. Another unique feature is a send-return between loops 3 and 4. This is a good place for a volume or wah pedal, or it can be used for stereo effect switching, with loops 1 & 2 on one side and 3 & 4 on the other. Also has 2 dc outlets to conveniently power more pedals.

AMT GR-4 architecture and features:

– 4 programmable loops and 1 non-programmable

– Fully passive sound path; the switching is done by means of high-quality relays

– Shut-off input buffer compensating the long guitar cable impact

– External tuner output

– Built-in power splitter allows to use one power adapter to feed a few more external pedals

2 modes of operation

– Fully programmable mode. Each 4 programs can be programmed with separate random combination of active loops

– Independent – under this mode each loop is switched on/off independently of the others by means of separate button.
