Up for sale is a legendary piece of bass history: a January 1994 Warwick Thumb Bolt-On 5-string, handcrafted in Eggolsheim, Germany. 1994 is considered by purists as the peak of the "Golden Era" of Warwick, offering a build quality and wood selection that far surpasses modern standard productions.

Official Provenance & Serial Number:
Serial Number: A-000109-94 (Note: it may be difficult to read in photos due to the dark Wenge wood, but it is clearly present). I have included a screenshot of the official email from Warwick confirming all the technical specifications and the authenticity of this 1994 masterpiece.

Technical Specifications:
Neck Wood: 100% Solid Wenge Wood (extremely rare today, provides the iconic "growl").
Fingerboard: Wenge Wood.
Nut: Original Brass "Just-A-Nut" (the legendary first version, height-adjustable for each string).
Body: 2-piece solid Walnut Wood (standard for early BO models, famous for its punchy resonance).
Frets: Original Warwick Bronze Frets in impeccable condition.
Pickups: 2 Active MEC JJ Pickups.
Electronics: Active MEC 2-Band (Dead silent, professionally cleaned).
Finish: Oil Finish / Hand-rubbed Beeswax.

Condition & Maintenance:
Structural Integrity: The neck is perfectly straight with NO humps, twists, or issues. It was professionally checked and set up in September.
Maintenance: The woods have been regularly nourished with original Warwick Beeswax and lemon oil.
Originality: 100% original except for the output jack, which was replaced in September for maximum reliability.
Playability: Low action, fast neck, and incredible tonal definition. It has only minor signs of wear consistent with its age, as shown in the photos.
