Grote tuin, mooi terras, op wandel- of fietsafstand van Leuven Centrum.
Afwasmachine, wasmachine, droogkast, parking aanwezig, keuze uit twee kamers (of beide!) van 14m2 of 12m2...
Co-housing met drie werkende 20’ers/ 30’ers (inclusief katje en hondje), beschikbaar vanaf de zomer van 2024.
Jonas: 31 jaar, instructeur bij sociale tewerkstelling, kookt en klust graag
Lino: 27 jaar, IT’er in Leuven, houdt van muziek maken en luisteren
Tars: 27 jaar, IT graduaat, klimt en klust graag
Mdina: Europese korthaar poes, 10 lentes jong, doet haar eigen ding
Nala: Berner Sennen hond, nog geen 2 jaar oud, maar wel súper flink!
De foto's doen onze stek geen recht aan, kom gerust vrijblijvend kijken en kennis met ons maken!
Huurprijs: 550euro ALL-IN, tot aan het WC papier toe ;) Deze prijs is voor beide kamers, enkele kamer is 500eur

Large garden, nice terrace, walking or biking distance from Leuven Centre.
Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, parking available, choice of two rooms (or both!) of 14m2 or 12m2...
Co-housing with three working 20/30yo (kitty and doggo included), available from summer 2024.
Jonas: 31 yo, instructor at social employment site, likes to cook and get technical
Lino: 27 yo, IT’er in Leuven, likes to listen and produce music
Tars: 27 yo, IT graduate, likes to go climbing and DIY
Mdina: European shorthair cat of 10 years, does her own thing
Nala: Bernese mountain dog, not 2 years old, but the goodest girl!
