We are selling our “Tiny Dream” project. Just finished and never lived in.

This model is particularly suitable for individuals or couples who want to immerse themselves in a simple and mortgage free life.

The house was designed by ECO TINY HOUSE in Transylvania and built from quality materials purchased from them. The whole process was documented and further info, photos can be provided on request.

The inspiration for this design comes from New Zealand, a permanent home for a small family. Practicality, comfort and eco-friendly materials were the main design goals. The house was planned to be connected to electrical and water systems. (NOT off grid – can be modified).
It has a full kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. One sleeping loft and a reading, relaxing loft. There is a small room which could serve as a child’s room or home office too.
