This title comes from my personal collection and is now available as I’m gradually downsizing and refocusing my collection.
Outcast, developed by Belgian studio Appeal and published by Infogrames in 1999, is widely considered a cult classic and a technical marvel of its time. Set in a rich open world called Adelpha, you play as Cutter Slade, a former Navy SEAL sent to another dimension to prevent the destruction of Earth.
The game is known for its groundbreaking voxel-based graphics engine, non-linear gameplay, living world, orchestral soundtrack, and strong voice acting — all of which earned it critical acclaim.
