Steel construction Roof and construction work

We are looking for an experienced construction team (preferably from Poland or Romania) for a roofing and structural renovation project in Belgium. The work involves both demolition and new construction.

Scope of Work:
1. Raise existing roof structure by approximately 1 to 2 meters using a new steel frame structure.
2. Remove and reinstall solar panels on the roof.
3. Install 10 cm sandwich roof panels (insulated).
4. Fabricate and install new steel trusses.
5. Demolish 5 internal supporting walls (to be replaced by the new steel structure).
6. Supply and install 4 industrial roller shutters (automatic or manual).
7. Supply and install 2 large glass window sections (approx. 4 to 6 m² each).

Location: Belgium (exact address can be provided upon request).
Surface area: Approx. 1,200 m² of roof surface.
Timing: Work to begin preferably within the next 2–3 months.

We are open to proposals from complete teams who can handle the entire project or from subcontractors specialized in parts of this scope.
