How can you obtain your lock code:

Method 1:
- Start your laptop
- Quickly press F2
- Go to Security
- You will see a message all the way down with "UNLOCK" written on it.
- Click this button
- Send us the servicetag with the suffix

Method 2:
- When you start te laptop wait till it ask for the password
- Enter 3 times the wrong password
- It will show you the service tag
- Send us the servicetag with the suffix (see picture for example)
