This compilation contains eight romantically themed cover tunes from the Modern Jazz Quartet (MJQ), whose personnel included Milt Jackson (vibraphone), John Lewis (piano), Percy Heath (bass) and Kenny Clarke (drums), who was replaced in mid-'55 by Connie Kay (drums).
