Great upgrade for all Astra 1.9 CDTI with remapped ECU, perfect for Fast Road and even Track use. As fitted to our AIRTEC demo car.

Test Results @ AMD Tuning Essex 11/02/14 – Test vehicle fitted with AIRTEC Intercooler and dyno’d with standard map, then remapped with AMD Stage 1 remap & then dyno’d again.

• Standard Map with AIRTEC I/C Run 1 – Intake temperature 115 degree’s (charge air temp going into intercooler) & 13 degree’s outlet temperature (charge air temp coming out of intercooler)
• Standard Map with AIRTEC I/C Run 2– Intake temperature 118 degree’s (charge air temp going into intercooler) & 18 degree’s outlet temperature (charge air temp coming out of intercooler)
• Standard Map with AIRTEC I/C Run 3 – Intake temperature 119 degree’s (charge air temp going into intercooler) & 18 degree’s outlet temperature (charge air temp coming out of intercooler)
• Over the 3 test runs the AIRTEC intercooler cooled down the charged air temperature by an average of 100 degree’s

• Stage 1 Map with AIRTEC I/C Run 1 – Intake temperature 128 degree’s (charge air temp going into intercooler) & 19 degree’s outlet temperature (charge air temp coming out of intercooler)
• Stage 1 Map with AIRTEC I/C Run 2– Intake temperature 128 degree’s (charge air temp going into intercooler) & 23 degree’s outlet temperature (charge air temp coming out of intercooler)
• Stage 1 Map with AIRTEC I/C Run 3 – Intake temperature 136 degree’s (charge air temp going into intercooler) & 25 degree’s outlet temperature (charge air temp coming out of intercooler)
• Over the 3 test runs the AIRTEC intercooler cooled down the charged Air Temperature by an average of 100+ degree’s
