Bolt-on solution for BMW M57D30TÜ2 engine power gain, designed to work with stock exhaust manifold and other engine units. 2 possible options - Stage 1 and stage 2. Compatibility list written below.

Turbosystems upgrade turbochargers STAGE 1 kit for BMW M57D30TOP features:

KP39 turbocharger:

• fitted reinforced thrust bearing;
• reinforced impeler and turbine wheel;
• compressor wheel replaced with machined from the solid to hold high loads on 3 bar boost and above;
• refurbished housings;
• new shaft;
• balanced on VSR;

K26 turbocharger:

• fitted reinforced 360° thrust bearing;
• reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel;
• bigger high flow turbine wheel;
• refurbished housings;
• new shaft;
• balanced on VSR;

Power range: 420hp +

• dual ceramic ball bearing to eliminate turbo lag between K26 and KP39 spools due to bigger compressor and turbine wheels;
• reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel;
• bigger turbine wheel;
• refurbished housings;
• new shaft;
• balanced on VSR;
