Fujifilm zoom date 1000 in very good working condition

The Zoom Date 1000 (AKA the Silvi 1000) is a likeable and impressive example of Japanese engineering by Fujifilm who remained one of the most committed manufacturers of 35mm film cameras into the 21st century. This model was released in 2001, making it quite a modern film camera and it would have to be one of the slimmest film cameras out there. The Zoom Date 1000 was mainly manufactured in Indonesia, however a few were built in Japan and this is one of those, which is fairly rare to come across. From our experience we've noticed the Japanese versions are much more reliable. Its equipped with a Super EBC Fujinon 28-100mm f/5.8-10.5 lens which has a fairly-decent maximum exposure speed of 1/500sec. The camera has a nice metallic body and a lot of the bells and whistles you'd expect from a mid-range camera from this era... autofocus, flash modes, infinity focus, macro mode, self timer, date imprinting, DX reading, etc. It also features a large and illuminated LCD panel on the back, which is operated with arrow keys like on a digital camera.

This one available is in near-mint condition with very few scratches or marks on the body. The lens, viewfinder, and battery chamber are in impeccable condition. It has been film tested
