Its vertical silhouette, defined by the characteristic front groove, creates a discreet yet bold architectural presence that has endured through the decades without losing any of its formal elegance. This pair perfectly embodies the minimalist and structural philosophy of the late 1970s: a majestic, column-like sculptural presence, interrupted only by the slender vertical slit that shapes the indirect light emission, enhancing the verticality of the piece and transforming the light into a diffused, warm, and enveloping atmosphere. This is the original halogen version, highly favored and sought after on the vintage collector's market compared to later re-editions.The glossy black finish makes the body even more graphic, accentuating its sharp silhouette against the wall and reflecting the surrounding space with extraordinary elegance. Both floor lamps retain their original dimming systems from the era: the intensity is smoothly adjusted via the characteristic mechanical side slider, paired with the famous red LED night locator light. Both systems are integrated and in working order.Technical specifications:• Materials: Glossy painted extruded aluminum body, steel base coated in thermoplastic resin• Dimensions (each): Height 182 cm – Base diameter 35 cm• Light source: Linear halogen (R7s), included and working• Electricity: 230V-240V, original wiring with the manufacturer's authenticity labelsCondition:The lamps are in excellent aesthetic and structural condition. They show only very minor and unavoidable signs of time on the glossy finish, which testify to their authenticity and rich vintage history, with no structural defects whatsoever. They are ready to be placed in prestigious spaces or added to a new high-end collection.I only sell to countries within the European Union, and I am NOT able to deliver to restricted traffic zones (ZTL) or to islands: to ensure the item is handled with the utmost care during transport, the MEGARON Artemide will be delivered at street level on an EPAL pallet; it is essential that the delivery address allows access for a lorry or tractor unit
