Original screenprint in black and white. Signed lower left in pencil Patrick Caulfield and numbered from the small and rare edition of 95: it is likely thatthis edition was only ever given to friends of the artist. Annotated 'Europalia,
73'. Europalia is a major international arts festival held every two years to
celebrate an invited country's cultural heritage. It was established in Brussels
in 1969, and 1973 was the year it celebrated Great Britain's cultural heritage.
Very slight discolouration on boards of the sheet, print in good condition.
An incredibly beautiful and very rare little Patrick Caulfield print which is not
included in The Complete Prints 1964-1999 by Alan Cristea
